Adam Dalton, Certified Master Inspector, graduated with an Engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati. While working as an Engineer with General Electric Aircraft Engines, Adam spent the next fifteen years at a variety of overseas operations and finance roles.
Adam is an especially qualified licensed home inspector with over ten years' experience. As a Certified Master Inspector, mold assessor, radon technician, pest control operator, and engineer, he's trained to identify and assess any an all problems in homes and other structures, including structural issues, mold, radon (a radioactive gas that can be harmful to humans) and termite damage.
Adam is often called upon to serve as a consultant, educator and as an expert witness in courts of law throughout Florida.
Married since 2006, Adam and his wife relocated to Florida in 2010, where they've raised their two children. When not working, Adam loves to travel, learn and spend time making memories with his family.

The mission of Eva's Closet and Foundation (ECF) is to provide assistance to people in need, regardless of situation or circumstance, without judgement. Eva's Closet and Foundation fulfills this mission by serving more than 1,500 individuals each month who are suffering from homelessness, poverty, and other risk factors in Southwest Florida. ECF provides necessities to clients at no cost, including, but not limited to, clothing, shoes, hygiene items, baby supplies, food, household supplies, and school supplies, with grace honor and respect.
