Dave and Carrie Courtney, Realtors and Team Leaders, have called Central Florida "home" for over 30 years. Combined, they possess nearly four decades of Real Estate experience.

Dave brings a wealth of knowledge from all real estate facets, including management, training, brokerage operations, sales, and leasing. His career features a decade-long stint as a Licensed Real Estate Broker and office manager at Remax before operating his own Brokerage. Dave's impressive record boasts over 3,000 successful real estate transactions. Carrie jumped into real estate in 2006 after launching and selling two successful businesses loosely related to real estate. She quickly rose to become a top agent at Remax, collecting many awards.

Fast forward to 2012, Carrie and Dave launched Changing Latitudes Real Estate and Property Management, growing it into a powerhouse with multiple locations in Florida and Texas. News of their success made waves that reached Europe and caught the eye of international real estate giant iad, leading to the eventual acquisition of the Changing Latitudes Florida division, and adding to their already impressive 20,000 agents in 8 Countries, in July of 2023.

Carrie and Dave aren't just business partners; they're life partners too, married for years with a beautiful family of seven grown kids. Their love of travel and adventurous spirit spill over into their professional life, where they are passionate about motivating and inspiring others, especially new agents embarking on their real estate journey.
