Heather Walker, Realtor® and Certified Negotiation Expert, has lived in Orlando and the Central Florida area since 1997.
As a Realtor in the Central Florida area for the past years, Heather knows the Orlando and surrounding markets like the back of her hand. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Pricing Strategy Advisor.
Heather is an avid dog lover, and supports Southern Cross Service Dogs, a nonprofit organization, that helps veterans cope with post-combat challenges and helps them to re-engage in the community.
Married and with three children, Heather enjoys traveling to New Orleans with her family, playing with her Golden Retrievers, going to the beach, listening to podcasts and books, and attending live music shows alongside her musician husband.

The overarching goal of Southern Cross Service Dogs is to provide well-trained dogs that exemplify the motto Always Beside You. Service dogs bestow unconditional love, offer steadfast support, provide unwavering companionship, and perform specific tasks to help mitigate an individual’s disability. Thus, service dogs become the bedrock for veterans to cope with post-combat challenges, re-engage in the community, manage emotional trauma, and reduce post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptomology.
