Shannon Helmuth, Realtor® has lived on the Emerald Coast for the last years.
Shannon fell in love with the Emerald Coast immediately. "As soon as I stepped foot on the white sugary sand beaches, I knew the Emerald Coast would be my home," says Shannon. Since then, she's raised her two children here, and became a Realtor in 2016.
Shannon spends her free time swimming - in either her pool or in the gulf of Mexico, walking on the beach, snorkeling, vacationing, boating, paddle boarding, visiting the local springs, and enjoying the local restaurants and night life.
A favorite local hotspot of Shannon's is Aj's Seafood and Oyster Bar, a restaurant that also offers boat excursions, including dolphin tours and fishing charters.

The mission of Animal Allies Florida (formerly Emerald Coast Animal Allies) is to reduce the number of animals put down every year in the Florida Panhandle (more than 12,000), spay or neuter as many animals as possible (especially feral cats), educate the public about the importance of spay and neuter, help re-homed animals in need.
